**A New Season for Temperance Herbals**

Things are evolving here at Temperance Herbals!

Over the past few months, I've been stepping back into my nursing career, primarily working in pediatric home care and private-duty nursing. After more than 20 years in nursing, including many years in critical care, it's been meaningful to return to providing individualized, one-on-one care. I've been spending time caring for children with complex medical needs, and while the work can be challenging, it's also incredibly rewarding.

As I find a new balance between nursing and herbalism, I've decided to shift my focus away from retail product making and toward something I truly enjoy — sharing herbal knowledge through education and hands-on workshops.

I'll still be popping up at a few local markets this holiday season, and we have some wonderful classes coming up at The Weaver's Grove, including Fire C***r, Herbal Tea Blending, and Herbal Skin Care.

I'm also developing more DIY workshops for the winter months, where you can learn to create your own herbal preparations and gain the confidence to incorporate herbs into your everyday life.

The heart of Temperance Herbals hasn't changed. It's still about connecting people with plants, sharing knowledge, and making herbal medicine approachable. My nursing and herbal backgrounds continue to complement each other, and I'm excited to see how both evolve in this next chapter.
