A quick note to our 2-Mile participants: Due to a slight route adjustment this year, the 2-Mile course did not pass the Smile Marker location where many course photos were taken. We hope we still caught you crossing the finish line! If we missed you, we sincerely apologize.

The good news? We've already got a plan for 2027 and will be adjusting the Smile Marker location to make sure every racer gets their moment to shine! 😁

Forever in our hearts, Rita.

Rita cared deeply about the people around her and had a way of bringing positivity and a smile, even through difficult times. She continued teaching until she was too sick to carry on.

We are so grateful for the time, heart, and compassion she shared with our YMCA community. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered. 💙
