Teacher Leader Spotlight: Colleen Ward 🍎👏

Colleen has been another incredible member of our cohort this year. One of her goals was to launch a targeted fact fluency initiative to support foundational math skills.

✨ The result? At the start of the year, 18 students had demonstrated mastery of basic multiplication facts. By the end, that number had nearly doubled to 33 students — and students showed greater confidence and risk-taking in math.

Meet Jovycse Woods-Smith!

Jovycse has been a part of our cohort this year and has had so many wins worth celebrating. Here's one she recently shared with us:

"Reflecting on our Impact Team's work toward our year-long goal of strengthening small group instruction, several bright spots stand out. Teacher retention remains exceptionally high at 4.83 out of 5, signaling strong morale, trust, and commitment within the team. This stability has allowed us to build momentum rather than constantly re-establish norms or processes."
