Wishing a very happy birthday to Teacher Leader Rachel Kouba!

We're so excited to have kicked off another school year with our amazing cohort!

Over the next few weeks, we'll be introducing you to the incredible teachers in our cohorts this year.
First up: Abigale Regan, a Teacher Leader from South Shore Fine Arts.

Abigale is a National Board mentor for Early Childhood, and she was also part of last year's cohort. We're thrilled to be working with her again.

Help us give Abigale a warm welcome back in the comments! 👇

We foresee a future where every school is filled with excellent, empowered teachers.

Right now, teachers are leaving the profession. It isn't because they can't teach. It's because they're overloaded, undervalued, and see limited paths for growth.

TST exists to change that.

We believe the best teachers should be empowered to stay in the classroom and lead. That's why we mobilize and support teacher leaders to drive real, schoolwide impact: boosting retention, building leadership pipelines, and strengthening schools from within.

Happy World Teachers' Day!

At TST, we're all about teachers. It's right there in our name! The role teachers play in shaping the next generation often gets taken for granted, but we know the work they do is unbelievably important.

Today, we want to give a huge shoutout to all of the amazing teachers out there. Thank you for everything you do. 🧡

We're so glad we were able to help James with his professional development.

This is exactly what TST's Impact Teams model is all about. Helping grow teacher leaders from the inside out.

We foresee a future where all schools are filled with excellent, empowered teachers. That's our ultimate vision at TST.

Every student getting the teachers they deserve, while we help teachers continue to grow and feel supported while doing it.

This Labor Day, we hope everyone has a relaxing day off.

A moment to recharge after the hustle and bustle of the start of the school year.

08/31/2026

By investing in teacher leadership, we simultaneously retain our schools' most effective teachers AND empower them to lead.

It's a win-win: schools keep their best educators in the classroom, and those educators grow into the leaders their communities need.

We always love hearing from those we've worked with.

"At a time when burnout is real and many educators are leaving the profession, TST reminded me why I stay. It gave me a network of like-minded leaders, validated the importance of the work I'm doing, and helped me see tangible progress in my school community."
— Chasitie Neal

We hope to make even more impact this school year!
