In January of 2018 a small group of friends got together over cocktails to discuss social issues and how to tackle the most critical challenges facing underserved, under-represented communities across Chicago. Out of that gathering we began to meet regularly and The LEADIT Foundation was formed.

Our motto is “You Lead It”. You are the leader of your life. You are the leader of your community. You are the future leaders of the world. Be the change you wish to see in the world. Whatever the initiative or action to improve the lives of the underprivileged or eradicate injustice, You LEAD IT!!
