Why Bibles and why in Africa? How does my contribution help? All these are necessary questions, and ones Oasis never tires to answer.
Africa is home to the largest population of Christians yet suffers a discipleship crisis. With many pastors going without a bible, all whilst still in service and teaching (some even teach multiple churches), and the evangelical material that exists are hard to find, too expensive, or not designed for local contexts.
Thus, Proper Discipleship becomes a truly difficult task.
Oasis has created three categories of tools to equip the Church in Africa to face this crisis:
- Contextual relevant Bibles like the "Africa Study Bible."
- Oasis original books.
- Online resources.

We work tirelessly to meet the need for contextually relevant discipleship books and Bibles that will make this vision a reality. With the support from donors, we have expanded our African reach and resources in equipping pastors, leaders, and students in Africa; and developing contextualized content for discipleship.
