Trio Animal Foundation After the dogs have received medical treatment, TAF pairs them up with our therapy dogs to focus on their emotional rehabilitation.

TAF is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that pays for the medical bills of some of the sickest, abused and neglected dogs impounded at Animal Control or left to fend for themselves on the streets of Chicago. The Trio Animal Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that pays for the medical bills of some of the sickest, abused pets left behind at open access shelters. Once we fix their

bodies we are able to heal their hearts and teach them to trust again, making them adoptable and ready for their forever homes. But that’s not all …TAF also assists shelters, rescues and individuals by paying the medical bills of homeless pets while promoting adoption and responsible pet ownership, including spay and neuter.

Look who checked in to say hello... Thursday!

Our fluffy muppet wanted to share that he is doing great, has a new name and just received his DNA results. Thursday's new name is Wrigley! His genetic results are an assortment of many big dogs and are posted in one of the photos. It is no wonder that his siblings are so large. Mama Sunday and their dad Holiday sure were the perfect mutts. These pups are going to be so healthy.

Puppy Wednesday wanted to introduce you to his older brother Cubby. He also wanted to announce his new name. It is pretty adorable and the cuteness level is off the charts. Wednesday's new name is Paddington Bernard! Ahhh... how cute is that!

Max is a poodle mix estimated to be around 1 year old and weighs 15lbs. He is incredibly friendly and would make a great addition to just about any home. Mac is great with dogs and just wants to be buddies with everyone. He has not met cats but shows no signs of prey drive. We have fantastic news... Puff has found his forever home! His new mom has been looking to adopt a black Pomeranian since 2019. I found this out when Dr. Duke was adopting a hospice senior chihuahua from TAF this past May. Sadly, Taffy was only with her new mom a few weeks before she peacefully crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. If it hadn't been for Taffy, I would have never found out about her mom's wish. Perhaps, that was Taffy's final gift to her mom. It was a match made in heaven. ♥️🪽
