These two Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago
warriors first met at a FMS Dodgeball event and they are now telling their stories and saving lives on television and marketing.

Gino has been the point person organizing the dodgeball team for
Addison Professional Firefighters Union Local 4727. Addison won the championship this year. Gino and his teammates are greater champions off the court. Strong work by the Cubs for honoring Gino’s heroism.

Yesterday, I had an opportunity to drop off a check from FMS Dodgeball to Cal's Angels. I was treated to a humbling tour of their facility and operations by Cal’s Founder Stacey Wahlburg and Rachel Gunderson. The toy room for kids battling cancer was especially impressive. Visits like this one always helps set perspective in life. Thank you to everyone that helped make this possible.
