During The CCIM Institute Foundation Donor Reception at Fall Forum, we celebrated the donors whose generosity is expanding access to CCIM education and creating lasting opportunities across commercial real estate. A special moment of the evening was the presentation of Legacy Leadership Awards to Major Donors who collectively pledged $1million to the Capital Campaign. Thank you, Tim Blair, CCIM; Les Callahan, CCIM, Jeff Lyon, CCIM and Susan McClure, CCIM for your leadership and commitment to the Foundation!

We also celebrated the creation of three new scholarship opportunities, including the Susan & Mac McClure Fund Gold Star Family Scholarship and The Juge Family Coast Guard Scholarship, creating new educational pathways for military families and veterans; and the Tim & Barbara Blair Matching Funds, helping grow Named Education Scholarships.

The 2025 Annual Report Has Arrived!

This year’s report celebrates the impact made possible by The CCIM Institute Foundation’s donors, chapters, volunteers, and supporters.

2025 was a year of meaningful impact. Together, our community helped establish 6 new Named Education Scholarships, raised $98,000 through the Sailing for Scholarships fundraiser, and supported 8 Veterans and 6 Opportunity Scholarship recipients.

Each milestone reflects the Foundation's commitment to creating opportunities and advancing careers in commercial real estate.
