Chicagoland Chamber CEO Jack Lavin shared his perspective on the importance of preparing students for the realities of today's workplace, noting that many employers are struggling to find entry-level talent with the foundational skills needed to succeed.
As part of that effort, the Chamber is participating in the AP Business with Personal Finance program, a new initiative from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and College Board that helps students build practical business knowledge, financial literacy, and workplace readiness skills.
