Crown Princess Katherine and Lifeline Chicago continue support for children’s home in Sremčica

Lifeline Humanitarian Organization Chicago, under the Patronage of HRH Crown Princess Katherine, is proud to continue supporting the Children’s Home in Sremčica. ❤️

Thanks to the generosity of the Kolo of Serbian Sisters of St. Lazarus Serbian Orthodox Church Ravanica in Detroit and their wonderful Junior Kolo Group, we donated 26 new mattresses, bed linens, colorful blankets, and mattress protectors for the children’s section of the Home.

Seeing the smiles on the children’s faces as they enjoyed their refreshed rooms was truly heartwarming. These gifts provide not only comfort, but also a reminder that they are loved, remembered, and cared for.

We extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who helped make this meaningful donation possible. Together, we continue to make a difference in the lives of children in need. ✨

Easter Tradition of Supporting Families in Republika Srpska

This Easter season, Lifeline Humanitarian Organization Chicago, under the patronage of HRH Crown Princess Katherine, proudly continued its tradition of supporting families in need in Republika Srpska.

With the generous help of the Circles of Serbian Sisters across the USA,supporting churches, donors, and volunteers, food packages were delivered to more than 90 vulnerable families through partnerships with The Centre for Social Welfare in Banja Luka and The Saint Vukašin Foundation in Trebinje.

“Easter is a time of hope, compassion, and unity. Together, we continue to bring comfort and dignity to families in need,” said HRH Crown Princess Katherine.

Humanitarian Efforts Support Elderly in Vranje

We are sincerely grateful to the Pittsburgh Committee for their generous support of theShelter for the Elderly in Vranje.

Their donation of 15 hospital beds, 10 medical mattresses, 20 waterproof mattress covers, 10 anti-decubitus mattresses, and 30 anti-decubitus pillows will significantly enhance the quality of care, comfort, and well-being of the residents.

Humanitarian Efforts Support Elderly in Vranje

We extend our deepest gratitude to the Three Kolo Group of Serbian Sisters—St. George of Joliet, Knjeginja Zorka of Lansing, and St. Archangel Michael of Lansing—for their extraordinary generosity and compassion in supporting the Shelter for the Elderly in Vranje.

Their donation included three shower chairs, two commode chairs, one patient repositioning device, 1,050 adult diapers, 50 blankets, and 35 sheet sets. These essential items will greatly improve comfort, dignity, and daily care for the residents we serve.

Generous Donation Delivers Critical Medical Equipment to Bileća

A meaningful impact in Republika Srpska ❤️

The St. Luka Health Centre in Bileća has received a vital donation of a patient monitor and inhalator—equipment that will immediately improve patient care and emergency response.

This was made possible thanks to the incredible generosity of parishioners from Old Holy Resurrection Serbian Orthodox Church in Chicago, with support from Lifeline Humanitarian Organization of Chicago, under the patronage of HRH Crown Princess Katherine.

For the first time, the Health Centre now has a patient monitor, along with a new inhalator to replace worn-out equipment—helping doctors provide better care for both children and adults.
