We will foster an environment of participation, teamwork and professional growth through a constant pursuit of excellence and respect for every individual. Recovery In Motion offers one on one peer support as well as a women’s support group, men’s support group, depression and anxiety support group and family support group. In addition to our groups we have a bank of computers where you can browse

the internet, search for employment, and apply for various programs. There are no fees for ANY of our services or groups. Our #1 Goal is to support our community and YOU!

Opioid-related overdose deaths in Maryland have decreased by 57% since spiking during the COVID-19 pandemic, falling from more than 2,500 opioid-related-overdose deaths then to just under 1,100 in 2025, a Capital News Service analysis found.
