Due to the weather forecast, Horizons' extended office hours on Monday, January 26th, 4PM - 6PM have been rescheduled for Wednesday, January 28th, 4PM - 6PM.
If you have not completed the online application, emailed the Youth Health Form to Teresa Dellamura ([email protected]) and paid the registration fee, please take advantage of these office hours. We will be at the office to help you with anything you need to get your child re-enrolled in the 2026 summer program.
Please be aware that the re-enrollment period for returning families ends on January 30th. If you have not completed ALL THREE of the steps above, your child will not be enrolled and placed on a waiting list.
