**THRILLED TO REPORT- AVI HAS BEEN ADOPTED**
Avi is a 6-year-old Havanese.

He's only been here 12 days.

But to him, it probably feels like forever.

Outside, Avi is everything you'd want in a companion. He loves people, gets along well with dogs, cats, and kids, is housetrained, and walks well on a leash.

But the shelter simply isn't where Avi is meant to be.

When it's time to go back inside, his whole demeanor changes, and we see the spark dim. He's struggling more each day, and we'd love nothing more than to see him back where he belongs.....in a home.

If you've been looking for a small companion to add to your family, please come meet Avi. We have a feeling you'll fall in love with him just as quickly as we did.

After reviewing Libby and Prince's recent search histories, we think we have a pretty good idea.

Every day, we talk to people about what they're looking for in a dog.

Good with kids. Good with other dogs. Housetrained. Knows basic commands. Easy to walk. Friendly. Medium-sized.

And every time, we find ourselves looking over at Wednesday.

At just 35 pounds, Wednesday somehow manages to pack all of those qualities into one dog. She's smart, social, eager to learn, and genuinely enjoys being around people. She even comes with one standing ear and one floppy ear, which feels like an added bonus.

So naturally, she's still here.

We're kidding... sort of.

Because honestly, Wednesday is the kind of dog people ask for all the time. We just haven't figured out why she's still waiting for her chance.

Kitten season is officially underway, and we have kittens available for adoption!

Long-haired, short-haired, outgoing, shy, cuddly, mischievous—we have a little bit of everything.

Our kittens are vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and spayed or neutered before heading home, so they're ready to start their next adventure!
