POMAE is back at it again and ready for some more fun with unique individuals!
POMAE is an adaptive karate class for individuals of unique abilities and thier siblings .We welcome all students to our class but please be aware we do move at a slower and more repetitive pace than most karate classes. We would love for you to come check us out! Feel free to contact us through our page for more info :)

Lots of great things have been happening in POMAE lately. Our students have been progressing in leaps and bounds the latest achievement was from no other than our favorite power ranger Demarcus! He earned his 3rd stripe on his white belt! Which means he is officially a candidate for promotion! Everyone congratulate our future yellow belt! 💛

Mr. Zachary " Zack attack" and I have an announcement 💛🤎
We got promoted! Zack has worked incredibly hard to meet this goal and will wear his yellow belt with pride. I however am still in shock.

We look forward to showing off more belts later this summer.
