I wanted to share the menu and online ordering information for our first food truck of the summer! 🎉

Momma’s Barbecue will be at the gazebo on Saturday, June 20, from 5:00–7:00 PM serving delicious BBQ and sides.

The online ordering link currently shows an Edgewater address, but they are updating it on the order form. The food truck will be located at the gazebo during the event.

Come enjoy some great food, celebrate the start of summer, and spend time with your neighbors! ☀️🍔🌭

We’d love to have a great turnout so we can continue bringing more food trucks to the neighborhood.

We want to inform you of a zoning application submitted for the property at 14600 Time Square Drive. The applicant requests an amendment to a previously approved zoning case to increase the number of fuel dispensers from three to four and to permit the sale of diesel fuel.

To provide additional information and answer questions from neighboring property owners and community members, a virtual community meeting will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 6:00 PM via Microsoft Teams.

Anyone interested in attending should contact Alex Wells at [email protected] by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, to receive the meeting link.

We encourage residents to review the proposal and participate in the meeting if they wish to learn more or provide feedback.

Chesterfield Fire and Police Warn Against Playing on Frozen Bodies of Water

Chesterfield Alert: Chesterfield Fire & Police are receiving a high volume of calls concerning people, mostly children, going out onto ponds and lakes that appear to be frozen. Both public safety agencies would like to warn the public of the dangers associated with going out onto frozen bodies of water and advise that all residents, especially children, avoid them altogether. While it may appear to be frozen solid, the ice around here is unlikely to freeze to a suitable depth to walk on. Thin ice can break under even a small amount of weight, and ice thaws four times faster than it freezes. Chesterfield Fire has created a video public service announcement on this topic which can be viewed on their department's and other official county social media pages.
