Every year for my birthday I give, serve, and pour into organizations and people I believe in. What many don’t see is that over the years, the recovery from the long-term weight of carrying Destined For Greatness almost took me out. There were seasons where I was so far in the negative that it took me months to get back on my feet.
People often say, “If God designed it, He will fund it.” I truly believe that. There is always a “cost” being paid that you don’t see. But what God is telling me in this season is simple: you have not because you ask not. So this year I am choosing full obedience.
For my birthday, I am asking you to sow into the vision God gave me to minister to women across the nation. Whether it is 1 dollar, 20, or 200, every seed helps me continue the assignment He placed on my life.
Obedience is not easy as it looks. It is not easy to resign from what is stable and pick up something that has no blueprint, no guarantees, and no clear path. But I remember the landmarks. I remember every moment where God carried me. And with that same obedience, I keep moving forward.
If you would like to sow into the ministry God has trusted me with to call His daughters back, now is your time. You may not be able to attend in person. Or maybe you have been blessed by DFG and would like to give back. You may even be out of state. But there is no distance in what God can do, and I believe He will bless you tenfold.
