One week from today, we’re racing one mile through Old North St. Louis.

The Lou Mile starts at The Griot Museum of Black History, runs straight through the neighborhood, and finishes just past Crown Candy. One mile. That’s it. Run it hard, jog it, walk it, bring the family—then stick around for music, food, local businesses and the Celebration Village.

SATURDAY, OCT. 17
Old North St. Louis
Youth Mile — 8:00 a.m.
Open Mile — 8:15 a.m.
Community Walk — 8:30 a.m.
Crew Kid 200m Dash — 9:00 a.m.

We got the miles in, came back to 4 Hands Brewing Co., cracked open Caliwater from Dierbergs Markets, grabbed that first b**r, and made the most of one more Thursday night together.

Thursday’s post-run lineup is doing a little extra.

Run 2 or 3 miles with Three Run Four, then come back to 4 Hands Brewing Co. for your first b**r on us AND a free Caliwater from Dierbergs Markets.

Caliwater is made with prickly pear cactus fruit and packs five naturally occurring electrolytes, making it a pretty solid addition to the post-run hydration rotation.
