After 25 years at its current Chesterfield location, The Gloria & Rubin Feldman Aish HaTorah West Center for Jewish Studies, affectionately known throughout the community as “The Firehouse”, is excited to announce a new chapter in the growth of Aish HaTorah of St. Louis. Founded in 1985, Aish HaTorah of St. Louis has long been known as a warm, open, and non-judgmental home for Jews of all ages, backgrounds, and levels of affiliation. Through classes, events, learning opportunities, community programming, and meaningful relationships, Aish strives to bring to the surface both the beauty and relevancy of Judaism in today’s world. As the St. Louis Jewish community continues to evolve, Aish has recognized a significant migration eastward of younger demographics and empty nesters. In response, the organization is preparing to relocate in order to better serve the growing needs of the community and to be more accessible to those populations — while continuing to welcome and serve people from all demographics and backgrounds. “This move is about growth,” said Rabbi Yosef David “Our mission has always been to serve more people, more meaningfully, at all times of day and night. We are incredibly excited for this next step and the opportunities it will create for deeper connection, expanded programming, and an even greater impact on Jewish life in St. Louis.” During the transition, all regular classes, programs, and events will continue. Aish remains deeply committed to creating meaningful Jewish experiences, fostering authentic relationships, and building community in an atmosphere that is welcoming, inspiring, and uplifting. This relocation represents not an ending, but an exciting new beginning — as Aish HaTorah of St. Louis continues growing bigger, better, brighter, and stronger than ever before.
