For more than 20 years, JCI Wisconsin and JCI Hessen, Germany, have shared a Twinning partnership that brings members together across borders.

Through this exchange, members travel overseas, experience new cultures, build global connections, and share ideas and best practices along the way. 🌎

CHAPTER HIGHLIGHT: Windsor Jaycees’ Sheila Schmidt Fishing Night🎣

For the Windsor Jaycees, community service looks like creating memories that bring generations together.

Each year, the Windsor Jaycees host the Sheila Schmidt Fishing Night, a family-favorite event where the pond is stocked with trout and everyone is invited to cast a line.

The Jaycees provide the fishing poles, bait, and plenty of helping hands to make sure everyone can join in on the fun, whether it’s their first time fishing or they’re already hooked. 🎣

The event honors Sheila Schmidt, Windsor’s first Special Education teacher and a lifelong advocate for children. Her commitment to supporting young people continues to be celebrated through an evening centered around family, community, and connection.

This is what JCI is all about: showing up, serving others, and creating positive experiences that strengthen our communities.

👏 We’re proud to highlight the Windsor Jaycees and the meaningful way they continue to honor Sheila’s legacy while making a difference in their community.

Meet JCI USA’s 2027 National Vice Presidents! 🇺🇸

We’re excited to welcome a new group of leaders who are ready to serve, collaborate, and make an impact alongside JCI members and chapters across the country.

Each National Vice President brings their own experiences, ideas, and passion to the role. Together, they’ll work with states and local chapters to create opportunities for members to grow, build meaningful connections, strengthen their communities, and lead with purpose.

Because leadership is more than a title. It’s showing up, serving others, bringing people together, and leaving your community stronger than you found it. 💪

Congratulations to the 2027 National Vice Presidents! We’re excited to see where their leadership, passion, and dedication take JCI USA in the year ahead.

We're still thinking about all the moments that made this Annual Meeting so special❤️

The big sessions and learning moments were important, but so were the late-night laughs, conversations between sessions, new friendships, and catching up with familiar faces.

That's what makes JCI special. We come together to learn and grow, but we leave with connections and memories that stick with us long after the event is over.

Thank you to every member who came, everyone who helped make it happen, and everyone who made Virginia Beach feel like home!

What a week. ❤️🇺🇸

The 2026 JCI USA Annual Meeting in Virginia Beach brought members from across the country together for a week full of connection, learning, new ideas, and plenty of memories.

From strengthening our chapters and building professional skills to learning from incredible speakers and spending time with fellow members, this week was a reminder of what makes JCI so special: the people who show up, get involved, and grow together.

As we head home, we’re taking new connections, new perspectives, and plenty of inspiration with us. Most importantly, we’re taking the momentum from this week back to our chapters, our careers, and our communities.

Thank you to everyone who made this week one to remember. ❤️

Day 3 of Annual Meeting started with an important reminder of the impact we can have when we come together. 💙

This morning, JCI USA members joined the Mental Health Committee for a Su***de Prevention Walk on the beach in recognition of Su***de Prevention Month. Donations from the walk will support an organization dedicated to su***de prevention and helping those who may be struggling.

We’re grateful to everyone who showed up, walked with us, and helped bring awareness to an issue that affects so many.

From there, we’re diving into a full day of connection, learning, leadership, and looking toward the future of JCI USA.

Today’s lineup includes Jaycee Jeopardy, our Welcome & Keynote, the Signed, Sealed, Empowered panel, the 2027 Candidates Forum, and tonight’s Star Spangled Celebration as we come together to commemorate the 25th anniversary of 9/11 and celebrate the people and communities that make up JCI USA. 🇺🇸

A meaningful start to Day 3, with plenty more ahead. 💙
