It's National Farmer's Market Week! Did you know New Roots has a booth at the Farmers Market at Ix Art Park on Saturdays from 8:00 - 12:00? Come by TOMORROW to shop specialty international produce and support farmers in the IRC's New Roots network.

Looking for other ways to shop local? Several graduates of IRC New Roots training programs sell every week at City Market, Albemarle Farmers Market, and Farmers in the Park! New Roots Charlottesville provided a wealth of information about the farm, their programs, and the community New Roots has fostered and supported over the years. Volunteers also got to glimpse the building of a tandoor oven!
