Dalai Lama's 90th B'day with Heart Sutra Practice, discussion, meditation and a Long Life prayer for His Holiness. Our dear members are baking a cake! Each session includes setting motivation, silent meditation, recitation of the Heart Sutra together to remove obstacles and discussion on this profound wisdom practice and how it is positioned in the overall context of Buddhist practice.
All are welcome to participate. The text for the discussion for this series is Essence of the Heart Sutra by The Dalai Lama’s Heart of Wisdom Teachings, translated and edited by Geshe Thupten Jinpa.
