Can you believe it’s been 25 years? 🎉

Join us this Sunday for our 25th Annual Black History Concert and relive the stories!

Tag someone who needs to hear about our journey. ❤️

We’ve lost some incredible musicians along the way, but we’ll celebrate their legacy through music. From Johnny Holloway to Terry Joel, their stories are part of our history.

This concert is more than just music; it's a tribute to the struggles and triumphs of our community. It’s about passing the baton to younger artists, like Faith Buquena and Jamila Greene, who are stepping into the spotlight.

Let’s come together, share our stories, and enjoy the rich tapestry of our culture. The African market opens at 3 PM, and the concert starts at 4 PM. Don’t miss out on this celebration!

We remember the gift of Attorney James E. Ferguson, II—a legal warrior, a truth-teller, and a tireless advocate for justice.

As we honor the enduring legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., we also pause to reflect on the lives of those who carried the work forward in their own time and way. Attorney Ferguson believed deeply in community, culture, and the responsibility to keep working—even when the work was hard.

His voice, wisdom, and commitment continue to guide us as we bridge musical worlds and tell the stories that must never be forgotten.

Bridging Musical Worlds Concert

Honoring Legacy. Remembering the Gift. Continuing the Work.

A Sign of The Times invites you to our annual Bridging Musical Worlds Concert, a powerful evening of music, memory, and meaning that honors the enduring legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. while remembering the extraordinary life and gift of Attorney James E. Ferguson, II.

This year’s theme, “Y’all Keep Working…”, drawn from Attorney Ferguson’s own words, calls us to reflection and action—reminding us that justice, culture, and community require sustained commitment.
