Mission: Healing Farms will provide sustainable community-based supports that embrace and empower adults with developmental disabilities and their families. Impact: Through education, job training, recreation, adaptive equipment, and social support, we hope to give individuals not just the tools, but also the motivation to be energetic contributing citizens of society. We hope to be the catalyst to improve societal perceptions of disabled individuals.

🏆 WE HAVE A WINNER! 🏆

Our Hunger Action Month Food Drive came to an epic conclusion on HF Crossover Day! Our participants from both West Ashley and Moncks Corner stepped up as true Hunger Action Heroes—talking to friends, family, neighbors, and local churches to rally support for families in need in our community. 🥫✨

After a fun-filled day of games and friendly competition, Healing Farms Moncks Corner took home the coveted 2026 Golden Can Champion trophy! 🥇

A special thank you to the local food pantry volunteers who met our participants in person to receive the donations! Seeing our participants hand off all the food they worked so hard to gather was the highlight of the day. ❤️

THE IMPACT:
📦 521 lbs of food collected
🍱 434 meals provided for local families
💰 $1,300+ in estimated grocery value generated for our community!

We are beyond proud of all that our participants accomplished together. Thank you to everyone who donated and cheered them on! 🌟

We had an incredible time at the 2026 Walk & Roll! Between the 242 people who joined us at the park and the 53 virtual walkers across the country, the energy behind our mission was undeniable.

Because of your incredible support, we’ve raised $36,043 so far! These funds provide the vital community and resources our participants need to thrive all year long.

🕙 Check-in: Starts at 10:30 AM
