Welcome to the Take Care of You '22 Virtual Series sponsored by the Physical and Mental Health Committee of the Charleston Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. This 5-month series focuses on teaching women how to best care for themselves, physically and emotionally, so they can be at their best. Covering mental health, physical activity and healthy eating, each month's check in is designed to keep participants engaged and increase self-awareness by providing essential, actionable information in each session. All sessions will be held via Zoom.
