What a night! 🎉🧠✨

Our first-ever Horizons Trivia Night was one for the books! From creative team names and friendly competition to great food, drinks, and plenty of laughs, we had an incredible time celebrating our students and the Horizons community.

And together, we raised $12,779! 💜Every dollar will go directly toward supporting our students and creating more opportunities for them to learn, grow, and thrive.

A huge THANK YOU to our sponsors, The Thumbs Up Guys, The Cassina Group and Jimmy Dye, and Dermhaus, donors, trivia teams, volunteers, and everyone who helped make the night such a success!

📸 Take a look at some of our favorite moments from the night—and start getting your team ready for next year! 😉

Thank you Charleston Library Society for including Horizons families in your Up, Up, and Read! Children’s Literacy Festival!

We love any excuse to bring our families together, and getting to pick out a brand- new book to take home made the day even more special! 📖

We’re grateful for the Charleston community and the opportunities to bring families together at events like this! 💜

📚Happy International Literacy Day 📚

Literacy is at the heart of our summer program! Every day of the summer, our students spend dedicated time building reading skills and strengthening comprehension.

With one hour of literacy instruction each day, we’re helping our students keep learning, prevent summer learning loss, and build the skills they need to thrive in the classroom and beyond.

We are looking forward to spending time with Horizons families this Saturday, at the Charleston Library Society's Up, Up and Read Festival!

Ashley Hall's campus just doesn't feel the same without our Horizons girls! It's only been one week, and we already miss everyone dearly.

As we look ahead to the school year, we can't wait to share our students' incredible academic growth results from this summer and welcome our Horizons families back for our first Saturday Academy. Until then, we're holding onto the memories of an unforgettable six weeks and looking forward to another year of learning, laughter, and growing together.

Each summer, we celebrate our rising 9th graders as they complete their Horizons journey. Most of these students first joined us as rising 1st graders, making Horizons their summer home for the past nine years.

The friendships they've built, the memories they've made, and the experiences they've shared have helped shape the incredible young people they are today. We are so proud of all they have accomplished and can't wait to welcome them back next summer as members of our High School Program. Some will even return as Horizons Assistant Teachers!

Please join us in congratulating our graduates and wishing them the very best as they begin this exciting new chapter—high school!

A special thank you to @ for generously donating beautiful engraved charm necklaces to commemorate each graduate's time with Horizons. Their thoughtful gift is a lasting reminder of an unforgettable journey.

Every summer, this room fills with the people who make it matter most. We couldn’t be more grateful to share it with them.💜

Last week’s little wins 💜 Sometimes the biggest victories are the quiet moments, a breakthrough, a belly laugh, a kind word, or a spark of confidence. Here’s to celebrating the small moments that make a big difference ✨
