📅 Mark Your Calendar!

Our next PTO Meeting is coming up on November 14th at 7:00 PM in the IMC.

Friendly reminder to our Elk families: You don't have to be a "board member" to attend our meetings. Everyone is welcome, and absolutely no volunteering is required.

Show up, grab a seat, listen to the latest high school updates, and head home. It’s that easy. We would love to see you there!

📚 Missed Financial Aid Night or want to review the information again?

Thank you to all of the families who attended, and a special thank you to our guest speaker for sharing valuable information and guidance on the financial aid process. We appreciate everyone who took the time to join us!

If you weren't able to attend, or would like to review the information again, be sure to check out the Centerville Guidance link in the comments. It's a great resource for students and families as they navigate college planning and financial aid opportunities. 🎓💰

🍩 JOIN THE CHS PTO & HELP YOUR STUDENT’S ADVISORY WIN! 🏆

From October 5–30, your family’s PTO membership can help your student’s advisory earn a Bill’s donut party!

We’ll recognize the advisory with the highest percentage of family participation in EACH unit! So there will be three winning advisories: East, West/Central, & South! 🖤💛

Here’s how to help:
✔️ Join the CHS PTO October 5–30
✔️ Include your student’s name, unit, and advisory teacher with your payment (or email info to [email protected])
✔️ Follow along for contest updates!

Only family memberships received during the contest dates will count toward the advisory competition. Winners will be determined by participation percentage, so advisories of different sizes can compete fairly. Every student in each winning advisory will enjoy the celebration!

🏆 Our staff are competing, too!
The unit with the highest percentage of staff PTO members will win the trophy cart and a Bill’s donut party. All existing and new staff memberships received by October 30 count toward the staff contest!

Your membership helps support CHS students and staff and adds a little friendly competition along the way!
