Friends of Noelridge

Friends of Noelridge The Friends of Noelridge is a 501(c)(3) non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to supporting the public gardens at Noelridge Park in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

The members of Friends of Noelridge provide support to Noelridge Greenhouse and Park in a variety of ways. Volunteers provide thousands of hours of time in propagating plants that will be planted int he gardens. Friends also lead tours of the greenhouse and gardens for school groups and local organizations. We are also involved in projects that improve the park's attractiveness and usefulness to t

he public, such as benches, shade structures and educational displays. We are committed to encouraging the public to enjoy their park.

It's that time of year again! Although we've got turkey on our minds and thoughts of thanks, it's time to prepare for our annual Lights and Blooms celebration! Come and help us make holiday arrangements any time between 7:30 and 3:30 on Nov. 12th-13th (artificial arrangements) and Nov. 18th - 19th (live arrangements). We'll also be needing volunteers to help us clean and decorate during the first week of December.
