🐾 Meet Floyd! Your future couch buddy with a little zoomie energy!🐾

This little guy has the best of both worlds: he’s active, playful, and ready to have some fun, but he’s also looking forward to kicking back on the couch with his favorite human. ❤️

Floyd is a 1-year-old Chihuahua mix-ish weighing in at 17 pounds. He’s friendly, playful, and we believe he’d do well with other dogs! A meet and greet is required for any resident dogs to make sure everyone is a good fit. We haven’t tested him with cats yet, but stay tuned!

We think Floyd would love a fenced yard where he can safely let those little legs fly! 💨 He’s brand new to Dogs Forever and went almost straight to his neuter appointment, so we’re still getting to know him. He hasn’t had the chance to get out for walks just yet, but we can’t wait to learn more about this little guy!

Think Floyd might be your new sidekick? Come meet him on Saturdays from 10 AM–2 PM at Dogs Forever, 809 Rockford Rd SW in Cedar Rapids!

Please fill out an adoption application before your visit so we can learn a little about you and your home:

Let’s find this little dude his very own couch, yard, and human to call his own! 🏡🐶

💛 CITRINE IS COLLECTING HEARTS… AND SHE’S PRETTY GOOD AT IT! 🥹🐾

Citrine is an approximately 4-month-old Lab mix-ish puppy with beautiful light blue eyes and a talent for making you fall in love before you even realize what's happening. 😍

She's recently been spending time in a foster home, and guess what? She's loving life with her foster humans AND her canine siblings! She's even getting acquainted with the resident cats and seems to be thinking, “Huh… weird little creatures, but I'm not bothered!” 😂🐱

💛 Loves people and playtime
🐶 Enjoys her foster dog siblings
🐱 Has been doing great around cat in her foster home
😍 Has eyes that could get her out of just about any puppy shenanigans

💛 WARNING: KNIGHT MAY CAUSE EXCESSIVE SMILING. 💛

Side effects may include uncontrollable grinning, spontaneous laughter, and the sudden urge to take home a 54-pound best friend. 😂🐾

Knight is basically what happens when you combine a big handsome guy, a professional-level sniffer, and a heart that’s approximately 47 sizes too big for his body. 🥹❤️

This 2-year-old Rottweiler/Coonhound mix-ish boy is the REAL DEAL when it comes to sweetness. He’s friendly, playful, and has a goofy streak that makes him ridiculously easy to adore. Give him a toy, and there’s a pretty good chance you’ll catch him rolling around with it like he’s auditioning for the role of Goofball of the Year. 🏆🤣

His hobbies include making friends, enjoying walks, and conducting very important nose investigations. Seriously, folks, that nose has a full-time job. Every sniff is a new case, and Knight WILL be following the evidence.

Knight is dog-friendly, though any potential canine siblings will need to meet him to make sure it's a good match. We haven't tested him with cats yet. A fenced yard would be the icing on the cake for this sweet boy, giving him room to play, explore, and practice his award-winning silliness. 🐶💚

Honestly? Knight is the kind of dog who makes you wonder how someone hasn't scooped him up yet. He's got the looks, the personality, and the kind of sweet soul that deserves a family to call his own.

🐾 Visit Knight at Dogs Forever on Saturdays from 10 AM–2 PM at 809 Rockford Rd SW in Cedar Rapids!

🏡💕 Saffron Has Discovered the Perks of Home Life… and She’s ALL IN. 💕

Four months old and already living her best life! Sweet Saffron is settling beautifully into her foster home, and apparently, having a whole family to love is pretty much her idea of heaven. 🥹

The resident cat? Friend. 🐱
Her canine foster sibling? BESTIE. 🐶
The human kiddos? Her people! ❤️

Saffron is proving to be a social little sweetheart who loves being part of the action. But one of the best things about foster care? She's also learning how nice it is to just relax, feel safe, and enjoy being a puppy in a home of her own.

She's making great progress with potty training, too! Of course, she's still a baby, so she'll need a family prepared for puppy schedules, continued training, and an afternoon break at minimum.

Saffron is a 4-month-old Lab-ish mix-ish who has so much love to give and a whole lot of life ahead of her. Could your family be her happily-ever-after?

📍 Meet her at Dogs Forever | 809 Rockford Rd SW, Cedar Rapids
🗓️ Saturdays, 10 AM–2 PM

Please submit an application before visiting so we can learn more about you and your home!
