A week at camp and friends for life! ⛺

See what Ben has to say about his time as a Trailblazer this Summer at Camp Somers!
As a Trailblazer, Scouts BSA Scouts come for the Summer camp experience, but return home each evening. The Trailblazer program is a great step for Scouts who are excited about Summer camp, and eager to join the adventure!

On October 14, we had the pleasure of celebrating six outstanding community members at our Good Scout Awards Dinner in Union. 🎉

Congratulations to our honorees: James Frazier, Jim DiGiovanni, Nancy Herssens, Jonny Rosser, Donna Steinmetz, and Cory Storch. And thank you to our event co-chairs, David Arminio and Claudia Schiavone. Your dedication, leadership, and commitment to making our community a better place are truly inspiring.

The funds raised from this event will benefit Scouting, helping us continue to build character, develop leadership skills, and create meaningful opportunities for the next generation.

Thank you to our honorees, sponsors, and supporters for making a difference in our community and investing in the future of Scouting!

After opening ceremony, Scouts jumped into sharpening their First Responder skills in anticipation of a Zombie invasion. Scouts will participate in a Scout friendly scare hike as well as provide first aid to victims of the zombie outbreaks.
