What: The Starry Night Gala is celebrating its 10th year Anniversary of fighting back and saving lives! This event typically unites over 300 medical and pharmaceutical professionals, as well as prominent individuals, from Morris, Somerset, Hunterdon, Warren and Sussex counties to honor those who have battled cancer, spread the word about prevention and detection, and raise money to find cures and
support programs and services for those facing the disease. Over the past nine years, the Starry Night Gala has raised over $1.9 million dollars for the life-saving programs of the American Cancer Society. Join us for an evening of Southern charm and tradition, for bourbon tasting and mint juleps, horses and betting, live and silent auction, good food, good times, and big hats - in the all-new event space at the divine Hamilton Farm Golf Club. It’s going to be an event like no other! Where: Hamilton Farm Golf Club
1040 Pottersville Road, Gladstone, New Jersey
When: Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 5:00 PM
Why: The American Cancer Society is the only charitable organization that fights cancer on all fronts. It continues to be the largest non-government source of cancer research funding with outstanding results. Virtually every major cancer breakthrough in the past 60 years can be traced to the Society, and 47 researchers funded early in their careers have gone on to win the Nobel Prize. Currently $55.6 million is at work in American Cancer Society cancer research programs in New York and New Jersey. Thanks in part to this work, nearly 14 million cancer survivors in America, will celebrate a birthday this year. How: The success of the American Cancer Society depends on you. Individuals and corporations alike who become involved with the Starry Night Gala are the key to defeating cancer. This event offers a fun and festive way to support the Society’s programs and services, which make a difference every day in the lives of people touched by cancer.
