🌱 Staff Highlight! 🌱 We're so excited to introduce our new Environmental and Food Systems Educator, Holly! ✨ Growing up, Holly was a Junior Ranger at a Regional Park near her home in the East Bay, this quickly became her favorite place and is where her inspiration to work in outdoor education began to bloom. She went on to earn an AA degree in Forestry, and a Bachelors degree in Environmental Studies at CSUMB with a concentration in education! Holly has done interpretive work with California State Parks and also became an Environmental Education Specialist at Monterey Peninsula Regional Park District prior to working at MEarth!

In her free time she enjoys camping, cooking, weight lifting, and hanging out with her friends and cat. 🐱 We're so lucky to have Holly on the MEarth team! 💚

From the MEarth Habitat to Monterey’s public spaces! 🌳

We were so happy to donate 13 of our redwood trees to the City of Monterey last week! We also sent along 10 of our native plants that were ready to find new homes. These will soon be planted in parks and public spaces throughout Monterey, adding beauty, habitat, and native biodiversity for years to come. 💚
