Padre Parents Executive Board members this morning welcomed back the teachers, staff and admin with a wonderful breakfast spread. We hope everyone had a wonderful summer and is ready to kick off the 2025-2026 school year tomorrow. Go Padres!

Hope everyone is have a fantastic summer so far. With the progress of our stadium and parking, we are looking for a group of parents who would be interested in participating in our snack bar committee. Again this does NOT include football. We are hoping to have snack bar availability to other sports throughout the year during home games. Please reach out to Kati with the subject line “snack bar committee”

Padre Parents is hosting its final Teacher & Staff Appreciation event for the school year, and we would greatly appreciate your help! We’ll be organizing a “Gift Card Garden” where teachers and staff can choose from $25 gift cards donated by you. Additionally, we’re asking for volunteers to write heartfelt “Thank You” cards for the teachers and staff.

Let’s support our local community by purchasing gift cards to your favorite local restaurants, coffee shops, wine shops, markets, gift shops, nurseries, boutiques, and more. Please deliver the gift cards and “Thank You” notes to Lisa Brazil in the school office by Wednesday, May 21st, at 3:00 PM.

When you drop off the items, please ask for Lisa Brazil. If you’re putting them in an outer envelope, make sure to write “Attention: Lisa Brazil, Padre Parents Staff Appreciation” on it.

The 2025 Carmel High Empty Bowls Supper, Art Show, and Open house is Thursday, April 24th at 5 pm.

Bring your family to enjoy a wonderful evening here at CHS as we raise funds for The Food Bank of Monterey County! For a $20 donation each guest enjoys a delicious supper of soup (provided by our amazing local restaurants), bread and dessert and each guest selects a handmade bowl to take home as a reminder of all the empty bowls in the world.

Buy tickets in the ASB office or through the CHS webstore. 100% proceeds benefit The Food Bank for Monterey County.

Due to the unforeseen AT&T networking damage which affected the CHS network, Internet, and phone systems, our Padre Parents general meeting tomorrow morning, February 5th starting at 8 AM will be an IN-PERSON MEETING ONLY without the hybrid option.
