Another year of amazing outdoor career fairs at Bates College, Colby College, and Bowdoin College is in the books!

One of our favorite things every fall is having the chance to meet students who are just as passionate about the outdoors as we are and want to turn that passion into meaningful work.

We're also energized by the incredible community of organizations we get to share these spaces with. It's always exciting to be surrounded by people who believe, like we do, that time spent outdoors can build confidence, leadership, resilience, and a deeper connection to ourselves, each other, and the world around us.

Thanks to the schools, students, and fellow outdoor organizations who made this year's fairs such a great experience. We're already looking forward to next year!

A rocky coastline. A mountain summit. A still morning on the water.

Time spent outdoors has a way of slowing us down, helping us notice more, and reminding us that we're part of something larger than ourselves.

We’re excited to celebrate Ashley Benfield, a 2023 alumna of the Hurricane Island Outward Bound School, featured in Outward Bound USA’s new alumni video series supported by the Bronco Wild Fund™.

On her expedition, Ashley discovered new strengths in confidence, creativity, and leadership, qualities she now brings to her college experience, step dancing, and even her crochet projects. Her story highlights how the power of adventure can shape both life’s biggest transitions and its everyday moments.

As we spent time with this year's HLD 20 cohort, we were reminded of the incredible leaders, conversations, and moments of growth that have shaped our 20-year partnership with the Hanley Center for Health Leadership & Education and its Health Leadership Development (HLD) program.

For two decades, we've been honored to support Maine's healthcare leaders as they strengthen their ability to lead, collaborate, and create positive change in their communities.

We're grateful to partner with an organization that shares our commitment to developing leaders who make a difference. Thank you, Hanley Center, for 20 years of partnership, trust, and impact.

Today, on World Teachers' Day, we're celebrating the teachers, school leaders, and youth-serving professionals who inspire growth, curiosity, and connection every day.

Through our Educators Expeditions and Thriving Classroom series, we've had the privilege of learning alongside incredible educators who are dedicated to helping young people thrive.

Seven years of partnership. Thousands of students impacted. Countless adventures.

Since partnering with Outward Bound, Bronco Wild Fund has helped expand access to life-changing outdoor experiences for young people across the country. For the past 5 years, that support has helped make youth-serving group programs at HIOBS more accessible, creating opportunities to build confidence and resilience through adventure, challenge, and connection in the outdoors.

Together, Outward Bound Schools across the U.S. have served nearly 3,000 students through this partnership.

Thank you, Bronco Wild Fund, for 7 years of partnership and 5 years of impact in Maine. We're excited to continue the adventure in 2027.
