Continue to grow our Young Actor’s Theater Group and promote awareness in the community. goals and assist committees in attaining goals.

Our Mission is to enrich the cultural life of Burlington and the surrounding area and to encourage social connection by entertaining, enlightening, and educating through quality live theater. Goals
Produce a balanced theater seasons which foster Players Workshop’s financial viability and which attract volunteer participation of all ages both as performers and in other volunteer capacities. Produce

a Young Actors’ Production Summer Play and offer 3-4 Young Actors’ workshops through the year. Increase season ticket sales by offering an easy to use online ticketing program and find ways to increase efficiency with the reservation system and box office operations. Improve the goal setting process through training and examples in order to move toward S.M.A.R.T.

🎭❤️$𝟐,𝟑𝟏𝟎.𝟑𝟎 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐇 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐊𝐒!❤️🎭

The curtain officially closed last month on another Players Workshop Garage Sale, and what an AMAZING success it was!

Thanks to the generosity of our community, this year’s sale raised an incredible $2,310.30! These proceeds will be put right back into projects that improve Players Workshop and help us continue creating a welcoming home for live community theatre.

Garage Sale Chair Libba Flores summed it up perfectly: “Another amazing success!!!”

To everyone who donated items, helped set up and tear down, sorted mountains of treasures, worked the sale, shopped, purchased, hauled, organized, and gave your time and energy...we simply could not have done it without you.

And those treasures kept on giving! ❤️ All remaining unsold items were donated to local charities so they could continue making a difference right here in our community.

From all of us at Players Workshop, 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗞 𝗬𝗢𝗨! Your generosity helped us set the stage for what's next!

🎭 has arrived...and with it comes the beginning of a brand-new Players Workshop season!

Our 2026-2027 season opens with "Angel Street", the gripping psychological thriller that inspired the term "gaslighting" long before it became part of everyday conversation.

Originally titled Gaslight, this classic mystery follows Bella Manningham, a woman who slowly begins to question her own sanity as her husband carefully manipulates her perception of reality. Full of suspense, secrets, and shocking twists, "Angel Street" will not disappoint on the Players Workshop stage!

🇺🇸🎭 Happy Fourth of July from all of us at Players Workshop! 🎭🇺🇸

Today, we celebrate the birth of our nation and the freedoms that make communities like ours so special, including the freedom to create, to imagine, to tell stories, and to gather together through the magic of live theater.

As fireworks light up the night sky, we're reminded that every performance begins with a spark of imagination, of courage, and of community. Whether you're under the lights on stage, working behind the scenes, or sitting in the audience, you are part of what keeps the arts alive.

🧪⚡ The experiment is complete...and what an incredible journey it has been.

As the laboratory doors close and "Dr. Experimentor and the League of Evil!" took its final bow yesterday, we're left with hearts full of gratitude and memories that will last a lifetime.

None of this would have been possible without the amazing leadership team that carried this vision from script to stage.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to our incredible Director, Anika Morton, whose creativity, passion, and unwavering belief in these young performers transformed an idea into a spectacular production.

A huge thank you to our Assistant Directors, Matt Poling and Zach Hite-Reckling, for their countless hours of guidance, encouragement, and willingness to jump into every challenge along the way.

And a special round of applause for our Junior Assistant Directors, Brady Lenahan, Isla Rodeffer, and Sean Hansen. Your leadership, enthusiasm, and dedication made a lasting impact on this cast and helped create an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.

To our cast, crew, countless volunteers, families, and audiences; thank you for believing in this experiment. You laughed with us, cheered us on, and proved once again that Players Workshop is more than a theater...it's a family.

Until the next curtain rises, keep imagining, keep creating, and never stop experimenting. ⚡❤️
