A big thank-you to Platinum Corporate Champion Spirit Halloween and Spirit of Children for bringing Halloween magic to our kids with their annual Halloween party! From picking out costumes to getting creative with crafts, our patients had a frightfully fun time celebrating with the team.

Sleep safe, little ones. 💙

October is Safe Sleep and SIDS Awareness Month, a time to help parents and caregivers learn simple steps that can help keep babies safe while they sleep.

Our Mother Baby Unit and Regional Perinatal Center teams brought safe sleep education to Golisano Children’s Hospital of Buffalo, connecting with families and staff, answering questions and sharing practical tips for safer sleep.

Remember the ABCs of safe sleep:
💤A is for Alone: Give your baby their own sleep space, free of pillows, blankets, toys and other items.

💤B is for Back: Place your baby on their back for every nap and nighttime sleep.

💤C is for Crib: Use a firm, flat sleep surface, such as a crib, bassinet or portable play yard, with only a fitted sheet.
