Tonight, an event is being held inside our familyâs STOLEN theater (750 Nostrand Ave) titled âDeed Theft Awareness.â
The wolves are hosting a town hall for the sheep.
Letâs look at the forensic facts behind the organizers of tonightâs event:
1. The Orchestrator:
This âBeth Din Homeowners Advocacyâ event is being orchestrated by Emani P. Taylorâ the exact fiduciary who was OFFICIALLY DISBARRED by the State of New York for the UNETHICAL mishandling of Judge John L. Phillips Jr.âs estate and assets.
2. The Indicted Partner: Working alongside her is Blanche OâNealâ a former NYPD officer who was formally indicted by the Brooklyn District Attorneyâs Office for Grand Larceny
and Deed Theft for stealing a Bed-Stuy townhouse with a forged deed.
3. The Corporate Bypass: They treated our corporation as âirrelevantâ because they knew Mr. Phillips was not the personal fee owner of the theater when he passedâ the corporation was.
4. The Partner in the Occupation: The flyer gives âspecial thanksâ to Peter Tulloch. This proves what we have said all along: the current operator is NOT an innocent bystander. He is in direct alignment with the disbarred fiduciary and a predatory shell company (750 Nostrand 123 LLC) whose Refereeâs Deed sits on top of a foreclosure action triggered by a completely fraudulent root title.
You cannot launder a stolen property through a judicial auction when the original transfer itself was an administrative impossibility.
Hosting a deed theft forum inside a property with a completely compromised chain of title is peak hypocrisy. They are trying to use cultural identity and community resources to launder an administrative crime.
We are in the process of correcting ALL injustices across the 56th District & beyond.
You can hold all the forums you want inside our building, but you cannot outrun the public records stamped in Albany.
