Hello: I am in the area due to a relocation from most recently Massachusetts. I have been mostly in Maine with my dogs.

I have 4 Australian shepherds.

I have been trying to find good homes for them for 3 months due to just having surgery to remove a tumor in my stomach.

My lifestyle with them is so incredibly stressful.

My quality of life has been seriously affected for years as I do not have regular income and have had a number of moves.

Having 4 dogs makes it supremely difficult to begin again and or find home and gainful employment.

I am in a good place for them as there are many farms and good humans who would more than appreciate these amazing dogs.
I’d love to have some help from you all to find those people.
I have up to date records, they are on flea and tick meds, and are health.

I won’t give up my oldest who is 12. But the rest could find a whole new way of life if I can find good homes. (Disregard the “4” Aussies as I will keep my eldest who is the red Merle in the pic.)

I am in a short term rental in Jamaica VT right now.

Hoping to see about spreading the word as I know these dogs are really popular and it could be that I can find the right rural family with good property for the dogs.

99 pets entered the Brattleboro Reformer Pet of the Month Contest sponsored by Brattleboro Auto Mall and it's time to vote for your favorites! (You can vote for your pet 80 times with $20.)

The top 3 vote getters will advance to the general election, and then we'll elect our very first pet mayor.

There is no limit to how many votes you can cast. Votes cost .25 cents each, and all proceeds from the contest go to WCHS.

🍋TODAY from 2-5pm! For the 4th year in a row, the kids in Guilford are hosting their annual lemonade stand at the corner of Route 5 and Melendy Hill Road, just past the Guilford Country Store.

In addition to homemade lemonade (with real lemons and maple syrup, Vermont style!) there will be homemade popsicles for sale in a rainbow of flavors including milk-chocolate s’more, strawberry basil, mango, pineapple mint, and more.

🌈ALL PROCEEDS will go to the Windham County Humane Society! Go get your lemonade and popsicles!

Thank you so much to these amazing kids for helping the creatures in our care! It means more than you know, and we appreciate you SO MUCH!
