Becky’s retirement party on Sunday was sublime. Thank you all for coming to celebrate this amazing human, who created the most incredible community these past 30 years. So many stories and memories, so many songs, friendships and connections made. And thankfully - thanks to Anna Patton Anna Patton - many more memories to come!

Yesterday was our annual all-day budget meeting followed by a well-deserved board thank you and farewell dinner to Ruth Wilmot, our incredible co-treasurer, who completed her final board meeting (and it was a doozy)! This particular board is unlike any other. It’s hard to explain that an all-day board meeting talking about our budget can be a pleasure, but it truly is, thanks to the hard work and compassionate nature of the people serving. We are looking for a couple new board members for the coming year, so if ever you were considering it, please let us know! Thank you, Ruth, for your many years of service and steadiness, and LOVE for this organization.

Our final musical guest spotlight goes to the amazing . Lisa McCormick is an incredible singer/songwriter, guitar and ukulele maestress (if that's not a word, it should be) and teacher, a writer and a dear friend to many in the Chorus. Years ago she performed her original song, "Love Changes Everything" with the chorus and dubbed us as her "Brattlettes" (backup singers with s***k) - it was such a joy. We are so lucky to know, love, and sing with Lisa (and sometimes her Ukulele Orchestra)!

What a joy to have Stefan Amidon join us as another of our guest musicians for our last concert. Brought up in the music world, he was always destined to be an incredibly talented musician - a singer, a teacher, percussionist - his list of talents is long and impressive. We are so grateful for how his beats added to our repertoire. Thank you, Stefan!

Now that we are a few weeks out from our amazing 30th Anniversary concert, we want to take a moment to thank our incredible guest musicians, starting with Cathy Martin. A jazz and all-around amazing pianist, Cathy has lent her magic fingers more than any other musician, having accompanied the chorus in over 15 concerts! Thank you, Cathy, for helping to keep us on pitch and making our music really come alive!
