In our new Edge of Leadership book, we explore how unexpected questions can transform the energy in a room, spark curiosity, lower anxiety, and open the door for meaningful conversation.

One example from the book: “How many cats are too many cats?” 🐱

What starts as laughter and debate can quickly evolve into deeper conversations about responsibility, leadership, connection, and community.

Now we want to hear from you:
👇 What absurd question would YOU ask to get people talking?

Last week, we had the absolute joy of welcoming Green Street School to our challenge course for the first time as part of our Edge of Leadership programming and they crushed it!

Last week we were thrilled to be back at YMCA Cape Cod's Camp Lyndon working on Phase 2 of their challenge course build!

There’s nothing quite like seeing a course come together piece by piece (and beam by beam 😉). We’re grateful to partner with organizations like the YMCA that are committed to creating impactful experiences for their communities.

We’ve loved partnering with Wilbraham & Monson Academy!

Last fall we built Phase 1 of their new challenge course and returned just last week for a custom Adventure Basics workshop. We're grateful to have had the opportunity to support their team in meaningful ways every step of the journey.

We’re especially excited to see how their staff brings the course to life this summer through day camp programming and future student experiences.
