Leadership isn’t always found in the big moments. Sometimes, it shows up in the routines, choices, failures, and small acts of influence that happen every day.

In this week's episode of Vertical Playpen, Phil talks with leadership speaker and author Drew Dudley about rethinking modern leadership, embracing an “infinite respawn” mindset, and finding more joy along the way.

Is your comfort zone really about comfort...or is it about familiarity?

This week on Vertical Playpen, we're joined again by world-renowned neuroscientist Dr. Beau Lotto for a fascinating conversation about risk, trust, uncertainty, and personal growth.

Using the Challenge Zone Model as a starting point, we explore why the familiar can feel safer (even when it isn’t serving us) and how connection and psychological safety can help us embrace uncertainty and grow.

Messages like this mean more to our team than we can express.

We get to witness so many incredible moments of growth during our Edge of Leadership Summer programs, but hearing from families about what they see when their student comes home makes the experience even more meaningful.

We’re grateful to do this work every day and for every student who shows up ready to connect, challenge themselves, and grow. The seeds that are planted at EOL Summer are ones we hope continue to thrive in each participant's wider communities. This is what Edge of Leadership is all about.
