Last chance to see our 7th Grade team play. We'll be at The Edge tournament at Keene State College on Saturday and Sunday (May 16 & 17).
Saturday games at 4:00 and 6:00. Sunday first game at 11:00. And if we're good enough to advance we'll play another at 1:00.

Come watch your players and cheer them on. (And bring a chair - there's no seating at those gyms).

Happy Mother's Day to all of our Vipers moms! That means ALL of you over these several years from 2008 right up to today! Our players, our teams and our coaches owe you a great deal of thanks! (And to you Dads too!)

Another great weekend of basketball for our Vipers 7th Grade Team at Slate Valley Spring Fling in Rutland. Four games against some excellent teams including Burlington's Blueprint and Lebanon, NH area's Lady Rebels (we like them). Ended up 2-2 but we did make it through to the championship game vs Blueprint.

Our season ends next weekend, May 16th and 17th, at The Edge tournament at Keene State College. Last chance to see this team play this AAU season. This is our second full season together as a team. We are 11-5 overall so far and we're working hard and enjoying each other's improvements and successes.

Vipers 7th Grade Girls team returned from a good weekend at Slate Valley Icebreaker tournament in Rutland area with a 3-1 record. Everyone contributed by scoring and playing some great defense. We're improving every week and look forward to our next contests back in the Rutland area on May 2nd and 3rd for the Spring Fling.

Last chance to watch our players in action will be May 16th and 17th at The Edge tournament at Keene State College in Keene, NH.

Congratulations to our Vipers 7th Grade Girls team who went 4-0 and won our 7th grade bracket at the Kingdom Invitational tournament this past weekend in St. Johnsbury.
That included an overtime buzzer be**er in Sunday's first game (won by 2) and two made free throws with five seconds left to win by one in our last game. An exciting weekend for us and well deserved results!
Next in action at Castleton Slate Valley April 18/19.

Keene State Owls girls basketball camp this summer from June 30-July 4. This is a very good camp for Grades 4 - 8.

Last practices and last tournament for both our 5/6th Grade and Varsity girls teams. We'll be at Keene State College tournament most of the weekend. Saturday afternoon games for both teams - come and watch !
Happy to see how much the 5/6th graders have improved and how much they have learned. They are working so well together as a team it doesn't matter at all who is on the floor at any given time. This group will be fun to watch over the years.
It's the last AAU basketball for this varsity group, and sad to see them go. Great kids and great teammates, with many good memories together. Thanks so much for all you've done for your team, your families, and your coach.

A very good weekend at Colby Sawyer. 6th grade team played very well despite their 1-3 record with single digit losses. They are excited and working hard - learning and improving each week! Very positive and having fun. A great group! They are pretty good right now, but we can't wait to see just how good they are going to be!

Varsity girls finished on top in their division. Another great group of very focused girls who are fun to be around. They work hard together and their efforts resulted in the tournament win this weekend! Congratulations!

Both our 6th grade team and the Varsity team are playing this weekend at the WillMac Battle at the Border tournament at Colby Sawyer College. Schedules and results can be viewed on the Tourney Machine app.

No events this weekend, however both our 6th grade team and our varsity group will be playing again next weekend, April 26-27, at Colby-Sawyer.
Both teams went 2-2 at our last tournament, all the losses being close and winnable games. We're working on getting better!
