🥧🔥 DID YOU KNOW SUNDAY?! 🔥🥧

Remember when we told you something BIG (and delicious!) was coming this November? Well, the wait is over… PIE WARS IS BACK! 🎉🥧

It's time for our annual friendly competition, and this year we're bringing two church teams into the ring!

🔵 First Congregational Church of Branford 🆚 🟢 Tabor Lutheran Church

Two teams, one mission, and ONE very important question…

🥧 WHO WILL RAISE THE MOST FUNDS FOR THE COMMUNITY DINING ROOM?!

All November long, you can help your favorite team take the lead! Every donation counts as a vote. Here's how to play:

🧡 Visit www.communitydiningroom.org
🧡 Click the orange heart to donate.
🧡 Put FCCB or TLC in the memo box to cast your vote!

🏆 What's at stake? The winning church earns ultimate bragging rights AND gets to throw a pie at the runner-up! 😂🥧

📅 The big showdown happens at Pi Time (3:14 p.m.) on Giving Tuesday, December 1st!

So, whose side are you on? Team FCCB or Team TLC? Let the friendly rivalry begin! 🔥

Every vote, every donation, and every pie brings us one step closer to supporting our neighbors through the Community Dining Room. ❤️

LET THE PIE WARS BEGIN! 🥧💥

Recently, Father Lerner from Saint John Bosco Parish stopped by the Community Dining Room Inc. and presented funding in the amount of $15,000 from the Archbishop's Annual Appeal through its Vicariate Outreach Program.

The funding will help the Community Dining Room continue its mission in helping feed those in need.

"We are deeply grateful to the Archbishop's Annual Appeal for their generous support", said Judith Bishop, Executive Director of the Community Dining Room. "This contribution helps us continue our mission to provide nutritious meals and a welcoming space for individuals and families facing food insecurity. Partnerships like this strengthen our entire community and remind us of the power of compassion in action."
