✨CONSIDER THIS YOUR POSTPATUM PLAN....AND SHARE WITH AN EXPECTING MAMA👇

We're excited to share that our Breastfeeding & Infant Feeding Group is evolving into 4th Trimester Group!

While feeding your baby is an important—and often challenging—part of the postpartum journey, we know those first few months are about so much more.

Beginning Tuesday, September 1, join us every Tuesday from 10:00–11:30 AM for a welcoming peer support group designed for mothers and babies in the first three months after birth.

Whenever you're ready to leave the house, consider this your postpartum plan: a place to find connection, ask questions, share honestly, and receive support from mothers who understand.

We'll still offer guidance around breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, combination feeding, and formula feeding, while expanding the conversation to include:

✨ Newborn sleep and development
✨ Postpartum recovery and maternal mental health
✨ Caring for yourself while caring for your baby
✨ Relationships and changing family dynamics
✨ Returning to work—or choosing not to
✨ Identity shifts and the transition to motherhood
✨ Building your village and connecting with local resources

Whether you're looking for practical guidance, reassurance, or simply a place where you don't have to have it all figured out, you'll find a welcoming community here.

Come as you are—you and your baby are always welcome. 🤍

South Cottonwood Creek Trail follows the creek through shady forest and meadows, with several creek crossings and bridges along the way. The first bridge/creek crossing is roughly 1 mile from the trailhead, making it a great turnaround point for a shorter family-friendly outing.

Fresh Air Families is a weekly summer program designed to help caregivers connect with nature, their families, and each other while exploring Bozeman’s beautiful trails and parks.

This is a no-judgment, no-expectations group that welcomes all families — including expecting parents. Whether you’re up for a full hike or just a short stroll, you’re invited to join at your own pace. Stop for snacks, turn around when needed, and come as often or as little as you’d like. The whole family is always welcome — including dads, partners, grandparents, and caregivers of all kinds.

🐶 A quick note about pets: For the safety and comfort of all participants — especially our littlest hikers — we kindly ask that dogs stay at home. Thank you for understanding!

This September, join our storytelling coach, Rachel Schmidt, for Writing Our Stories—a guided writing workshop designed to help mothers pause, reflect, and honor their journey into motherhood. This season's theme, "What Are You Harvesting?", invites you to consider the growth, challenges, and gifts that have emerged along your path.

No writing experience is necessary—just a willingness to show up, reflect, and put pen to paper in a supportive community.

Your story matters. Come write it with us. ✨
