Every family deserves a strong start.

The Partnership Project is a home visiting program that walks alongside young families in the Gallatin Valley. Our Family Support Workers meet with parents in the place that’s most comfortable: home.

Plans are built around each family, because no two families need the same thing. In partnership with Gallatin City County Health.

Thrive’s new playground is complete!

Many hands made this happen - from generous supporters from our campaign “A Place to Play at Thrive” to our business partners at Williams Plumbing (Williams Plumbing and Heating), Holland Concrete, ERES Companies (ERES Companies), and Rivers Landscaping (Rivers Landscaping). First Interstate Bank (First Interstate Bank) put the finishing touches on it, planting trees and assembling toys.

Board Chair Mark Lasswell has stewarded this project from start to finish.

We are so grateful for his steadfast commitment to Gallatin Valley families.

Now they have a place to play at Thrive!

Sometimes, being a mentor teaches you just as much as it teaches your mentee 💙

Through our CAP (Child Advancement Project) program, volunteer mentors show up each week to encourage, support, and connect with students in Bozeman and Belgrade schools.

And along the way, our mentors learn a few lessons of their own, about patience, connection, showing up, and seeing the world through someone else’s eyes.

We asked some of our CAP Mentors to share what they’ve learned from their time with their students.

This school year, Thrive is looking for 100 new CAP Mentors to make a difference in the lives of local students.

There’s a lot to love about being a CAP Mentor with Thrive 💙

For some, it’s watching their student grow in confidence.

For others, it’s simply knowing that showing up each week can make a difference in a child’s life.

Through Thrive’s CAP (Child Advancement Project) program, volunteer mentors are matched one-on-one with students in Bozeman and Belgrade schools to provide encouragement, connection, and a consistent person in their corner.

This school year, our goal is to welcome 100 new CAP Mentors into our community.

We asked some of our CAP Mentors to share what they love about volunteering their time with CAP, and their answers were very touching.
