Don't miss our Book Sale next weekend! Our next Used Book Sale is August 22-23 in the Bozeman Public Library Community Room.

On Saturday, Library Donors shop early from 8-10 am! A $25 donation to BLFF gets you early access to our book sales for the next 12 months. Make your donation in advance – online or in our office – for the quickest entry to the sale.

From 10 am - 5 pm on Saturday, shop our great selection of used books, plus music, movies, games, and more! We will have a great selection of fiction, travel guides for upcoming getaways, and board games and puzzles for cozy fall days. Most items at the sale are just $1-3 each.

On Sunday, shop our Fill-A-Bag Sale from 1 pm - 5 pm. Pay a flat rate for a bag full: $3, $5, or $10 depending on the size of your bag! It's a great opportunity to stock your neighborhood little free library, grab an extra copy of your favorites to lend, or try some new authors!

Everyone is encouraged to bring a sturdy reusable bag.

The Circus came to the Library this morning! A circus-themed celebration took over the first floor of the library to mark the end of summer programming. The rainy forecast moved the circus inside, but it didn't dim the smiles!

Hot off the press: fabulous new renderings of our upcoming Children's Room Renovation! While there are many practical aspects of this renovation (improved sightlines for parents and staff, expanded play areas, reconfigured shelving), the designers have incorporated touches of whimsy throughout. The vibrant color palette is inspired by Bozeman's beautiful natural surroundings.

All of the new furniture will be purchased with funds raised at our Used Book Sales! Shop our next Used Book Sale on August 22-23 and help make our children's room a beautiful, comfortable space for the next generation of Bozeman's children to grow up.

Art in the Atrium for August features two shows from SLAM! While you're downtown for the weekend's events, stop by the library to cool off and check out the art! The Open Stacks show features local artists with pieces available for purchase. A percentage of proceeds from each sale supports the library.

The Re-Write show features original pieces of art created from decommissioned library books! These pieces will be auctioned off with proceeds supporting SLAM Festival and the library's upcoming Children's Room Renovation. The online auction is open until August 27. Can't make it to our weekly donation hours?

On Saturday, July 25th, we are hosting a special weekend donation event from 10 am to noon! Drive through and drop off your gently used books, music, and movies. Volunteers can assist with unloading your vehicle.
