Hi, I’m Lynnette Engelhardt, and I’m pleased to be joining the Native American Development Corporation APEX Accelerator team as a Procurement Specialist serving western Montana.

During my years with the Montana APEX Accelerator, I worked with businesses across the state to help them navigate government contracting. Joining NADC gives me the opportunity to reconnect with familiar businesses and build new relationships with Native business owners, Tribal enterprises, and communities throughout western Montana.

I believe meaningful support begins with listening and getting to know the people behind each business. Every Tribal Nation has its own history, priorities, and vision for economic development. I look forward to learning from the communities I serve and supporting business goals in ways that respect those priorities.

My background includes financial management and procurement, and I enjoy helping business owners understand the contracting process, work through challenges, and identify opportunities that fit their capabilities. Whether you are exploring government contracting for the first time or looking to expand, I’m here to offer practical guidance and support.

Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom, and much of my free time is spent cheering on my kids at their sporting events. I also enjoy camping, fishing, and spending time with my family here in Southwest Montana.

I look forward to meeting you, hearing about your business, and learning how NADC APEX can support your next steps.
