We’re teaming up with Montana State University Extension to launch our very first Intro to Food Preservation. And it’s just $25 for all 6 workshops

You’ll learn drying, fermentation, freezing, and both water bath & pressure canning all taught using food safety standards.

🍓 We’re Jammin': Food Science & Business Savvy!

Yellowstone County MSU Extension’s Family & Consumer Sciences Program is teaming up with Billings Public Library for a hands-on family workshop that blends STEM learning and entrepreneurship!

Together, we’ll explore the science of pectin — that amazing natural fruit product that makes jam gel — as families help turn fresh strawberries, sugar, and pectin into delicious homemade jam.

While the jam cooks, participants will dive into the business side of jam-making!

💡Design a logo and flavor concept
🎤 Pitch your idea in a mini “Shark Tank”-style challenge
