Kevin Kooistra, a well-known and well-spoken historian, had worked at the Western Heritage Center (WHC) since the 1990's. He died from a heart attack on Sunday night. He was 63 years old.

As some of you know, we have been a pretty stagnant group for awhile. With a heavy heart, my husband and I who have been with MTPRS for a very long time have made the decision to start our own group. We will always be MTPRS in our hearts but feel if we want to continue in this field, we need to move forward on our own. So, with that, our group, Montana Exploration of Paranormal Studies is born. What's your go to paranormal show? I definitely like Kindred Spirits, I like how the "humanize" the entities and try to help them. I feel they are the most authentic. Still like to go back and watch the old classic ghost hunters as well.

What a great night of investigating at the Moss Mansion! We have the honor of providing a ghost hunt to raffle winners from the Party 4 Preservation fundraiser and we greatly appreciate being able to provide this to the Moss.

Not only is the Moss very active with the Moss family, it's just a great historic home!

We had a first time phenomenon happen. We use light up cat toy balls and we actually had movement and lights! We tried to debunk and could not, no slope in the floor, no jumping or walking would make the ball move. In one instance, the ball move a foot! Luckily, we caught part of it on film.

When you're in Billings, make sure to stop by the Moss for a tour, and keep in mind, the family is walking there too.
