Earplugs can make a crowded stadium more manageable.
Smaller indoor venues have become more difficult. Sometimes the better adjustment is staying home and watching the game on television.
And, as the National Council of Dementia Minds men’s group points out, television has some advantages for folks living with dementia:
Pause the game.
Go get more popcorn.
Replay the call—and confirm that it was, in fact, a bad one.
The Kas Ioane Foundation and National Council of Dementia Minds are exploring a virtual screening of the full film, followed by a live conversation with members of the Minds Matter group.
