JUNTOSxChange is now accepting applications for our 2026 cohort! This program is a three-day-long, tuition-free springboard for NYC-based, Latinx/e dance artists who are ready to elevate their careers.

Through seminars, discussions, movement workshops, and 1-on-1 mentorship, JUNTOSxChange provides tangible, personalized tools and resources for professional development. This community-based professional development program aims to serve the Latinx/e artist community by uplifting Latinx/e dance artists at many different points in their career, including those transitioning between roles and/or sectors.

If you’re a Latinx/e dance professional, at least 21 years old, and based in NYC, we encourage you to apply today!

Applications close Sunday, September 27th at 11:59 PM EST.

This past Monday, JUNTOS' Staff, Board, and 2026 Dance Volunteers gathered with our Familia to celebrate the success of this year's programs at our Virtual Watch Party. Thank you so much to all who attended! We had people logging in from across the US – NYC, Berkeley, Washington DC, and Dallas – as well as Canada, Mexico, and Guatemala, all to watch, learn, and support the JUNTOS mission! Did you miss this special event? No worries, the recording is available to stream for free in our bio!

This event wasn't only a celebration of a successful program year, but also a kick-off for our End of Fiscal Year Fundraiser! This year, we are collecting donations towards a full JUNTOSAbroad Scholarship, as well as donations of essential items for two of our beloved community alliances in Antigua, Guatemala. It's that time of year! All of our JUNTOS trips are complete, and we're inviting you all to join us on August 17th at 8pm ET/5pm PT for our Watch Party! At this free event, you will see our programs in action, witnessing the impact of our mission through performance videos, pictures, and live testimonials. Our first JUNTOSYouth trip of the year has landed in Oaxaca, and they are so excited to get started! Did you know that this trip is the third time BTWHSPVA Dance has travelled with us?!

Led by Dance Conservatory Director Kate Walker, this cohort will spend the next week learning, connecting, and sharing through dance ❤️

Today is the day! JUNTOS performs in Quetzaltenango alongside our friends from and . This performance kicks off a collaboration and exchange between the three artistic groups representing Xela, Antigua, and the United States, in celebration of JUNTOS’ 15th year traveling to Guatemala! The dancers have been passionately preparing to share their art with you.
