Bringing heartfelt messages of concern, empathy, and hope, Lions and Leos reached out to homeless youth and elders of the Tracy Community Connection Center at New Heart Church—our future STARS—reaffirming an unwavering commitment to stand beside them, uplift their dreams, and invest in their potential. The spirit of the season was joyfully celebrated through a Merry Christmas gathering with 60 homeless youth and elders, marked by the distribution of gift packs, warm fellowship, and a shared pizza meal.

The initiative was carried out under the inspiring leadership of Immediate Past District Governor Lion Darlene Ridle, with the esteemed presence of Region Chairperson Lion Sunil Rajkarnikar, Zone Chairperson Lion Rothin Manandhar, and District Hunger Chairperson Lion Pooja Lama. Lions leaders and members united in a powerful joint service effort, further strengthened by the participation of Fellow Lions Club President Lion Ray Oliver and Club President Lion Basu Regmi.

Demonstrating true unity across generations in service, the program was strongly supported by the dedicated Leo leadership, including Leo Advisor Lion Regina Shrestha, Leo Club President Leo Prajna, Secretary Leo Lucinda, and Leos Nitti, Milena, Sophia, and John.

Through this meaningful collaboration, the participating Leo Club proudly concluded a signature Merry Christmas Gift Giveaway and Pizza Distribution Program, extending vital support to 60 homeless youth, elders, and families on December 22, 2025, at the Tracy Community Connection Center, New Heart Church—proving once again that when Lions and Leos serve together, hope becomes action and compassion creates lasting impact.

Donate Blood, Save Lives. This inspiring message guided a remarkable joint venture blood drive successfully organized by NANC, NRNA, and the Nepalese Lions Club. Special thanks to NANC for generously providing the space that made the event possible. The collaboration brought together multiple Lions Clubs from across the region, strengthening unity and purpose. The unified effort truly demonstrated the spirit of service that defines these organizations. The drive was inspired by the belief that helping others strengthens the heart and uplifts the entire community. Volunteers proudly embraced the motto, “There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up,” creating an atmosphere of compassion, kindness, and hope for all who participated.
